This is a really beautiful Victorian satin glass vase using an air trap technique often called mother of pearl. It is a striking shade of peacock blue. The vase has a long narrow neck and a wider opening at the top, possibly intended as a hyacinth vase.
It measures about 8 1/2 inches tall and it is about 5 inches across the widest portion. It is about 2 inches across the opening. It is in good condition with no chips cracks or damage to the glass. Unfortunately dirt has gotten into the openings near the rim of the glass and discolored it in a few spots. It is priced to reflect this defect. The dirt is not as noticeable in person and it is still a lovely piece of glass.
