This is a lovely vintage pair of silverplate nut or sweetmeat dishes by Ellis Barker. They have a lovely oval form with a pierced design and a gadrooned edge. They are marked with the menorah mark used by Ellis Barker from 1912 until 1940, and the word England, indicating, interestingly that they were actually made in the United States.
They measure about 6 inches by 4 1/2 inches and they are in very nice condition with only some light surface scratches.
