This is a lovely antique Limoges porcelain plate by Tressemann and Vogt (T&V). It is hand painted by a very skillful artist and the scalloped edge is elegantly decorated with Rococo gold gilt around a scalloped border.
It is decorated in delicate pinks and greens to represent wild roses with a beautiful aqua wash in the background on one side. It dates to around 1891 to 1907. It is marked on the back in green underglaze T & V France.
It measures 7 1/2 inches and it is in very nice condition with no chips cracks or crazing. The small white mark on the back in the second picture is a reflection, not damage.
