This postcard shows an elephant holding a large, thick wood column with its trunk and tusks, carrying it while a man in native clothing rides on its back. It is a waterside scene and another man is in the distance. Postmarked 1910.
No. 38 – D.A. Ahuja, Rangoon. Rangoon was located in Burma, which is now known as Myanmar.
Condition: edge and corner wear; some minor corner peeling; a minor crease at bottom left corner; postmark ink on front; no tears.
