T.S.S. Statendam, Holland-America Line ca. 1935, printed in the Netherlands; postally unused.
Ocean S. S. Co. of Savannah – “Savannah Line” – S.S. City of Atlanta; postmark date is difficult to determine due to handwriting in the area – it is early 1900’s.
Cunard Line, ‘In Mid-Atlantic’; sender writes “No such waves as these”; postmark 1905.
33 – Ferry Building and Ferry Boat “Tamalpais”, San Francisco Bay; published by Edward H. Mitchell Publisher, San Francisco; Postmarked 1907.
Condition: minor edge and corner wear and scuffs on the Holland America card; the Savannah Line card is slightly worse with tiny peels on all corners; the Cunard card is in poor condition with 2 tears at the bottom as well as a torn corner; the San Francisco card has 4 creases and peeling corners.
This is a unique vintage and antique assortment of postcards. Although condition-challenged, they are the perfect choice for a young collector or a teaching tool.
