Heisey Plantation Ivy 2-Part Celery and Olive Dish!
It has a beautiful wavy scallop rim with decorative `pineapple' tab handles at each end. The clear glass body has a beautifully executed ivy leaf and vine all around. The off center divided serves to provide separate compartments for celery and olives, as named. I would probably put celery and carrot sticks in the long side and a veggie dip in the small side! It has a ground and polished foot.
It is marked with the Heisey "H" in a diamond and is by The Heisey Glass Company, ca. 1950. It stands about 1 ½" tall and measures about 13" by 5 ¼" across the top.
Condition: no cracks, heavy scratches, nicks or chips. It has one tiny, fully embedded bubble in one of the handles.
This is a stunning dish and it would be a versatile addition to any set! Don't miss the opportunity to expand your collection or purchase an ideal gift for a favorite collector!
