This gorgeous pearl and enamel brooch in 14K yellow gold comes from the 1890s Victorian period. Although this piece may look Art Deco, it's actually Victorian, a rare example of the early beginnings of Deco. It's stamped 14K along side the mark of the Riker Brothers. The Riker Brothers were one of the best jewelers in 19th Century Newark, New Jersey. The geometric enamel design is stunning to look at, and the 23 seed pearls just enhance the experience. The pin is 1-7/8 inches long, and weighs 4.6 grams. When you're looking for a stylish piece of wearable art, this brooch would be a perfect acquisition.
