Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

When your item does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING, St. John & Myers may charge per package for shipping and handling. This covers our labor, supplies, effort, etc. required to give you an exceptionally well-packaged item in a timely manner. We try to ship daily Tuesday through Thursday, however, we must receive payment by 10 am EST to ship that day. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know by e-mail. We try to wrap each item we send very carefully. This way, it arrives without harm. But, accidents do happen. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please email Customer Service asap. If a damage claim needs to be filed, PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. This will be needed in order for a claim to be processed. Sales tax (6%)is applicable for all Kentucky addresses. A signature and insurance are required on all the packages we ship. St. John & Myers prefers PayPal. We also accept money orders. Non-PayPal payments will be held for 14 business days, or until they clear and fund, per our bank. Shipping arrangements and/or freight costs for FURNITURE ITEMS are always the responsibility of the buyer.
