A Victorian sterling silver Albert chain. Of graduated curb link with attached T bar and clip. One end with attached Georgian bank token and two extra links for another attachment. Circa 1900. Measurements, length ( excluding token ) 14" ( 35 cm ). Width of curb links; widest just under 7/16" , just over 1 cm. Narrowest 5/16" ( just under 8 mm ). Weight, approximately 76 g. Condition, Very Good. The T bar, clip and each curb link marked with the ' lion passant ' mark for sterling silver. Some slight wear to the links ( i.e to the ' lion passant' sterling marks ) consistent with use and age.
