For your consideration a really nice early Miriam Haskell Wood and Leather Pin. This piece is "unsigned" which is typical of the early examples of this designer. The pin measures approx. 4 in by 2 1/2 in wide. The piece is cascading flowers that are made of dark brown wood bell beads with red leather flowers that have brass bead centers. The stems are strips of dark brown leather. The back of the pin is a square piece of early plastic. There are green molded plastic leaves. The closure is a pin with safety clasp. This pin is in excellent condition and makes a pretty sound as the flowers move on the stems. This piece has been researched on the "Cooper " Haskell site on line. Don't miss adding this beautiful pin to your collection.
