Totally in love with this ring! Pear-cut rings have been quite popular the past few years, and when I came across this gorgeous pear mounting, I knew I had THE perfect pear-cut sapphire that would fit it like a glove.

Dotted in tiny sparkling diamonds and decorated with the prettiest floral-like scroll work, this platinum ring is so feminine and elegant, with the pear-shaped design elongating any finger she appears on. At her heart is a deeply saturated but gemmy natural unheated blue sapphire measuring 10.61 x 6.95 x 3.59mm pear modified brilliant cut, weighing exactly 2.17ct. The sapphire is accompanied by a gem certificate noting its unheated status. Though dark, this is NOT a dull or cloudy blue sapphire – she actually emits one of the most brilliant blue tones you can find in sapphire, without purplish or greenish secondary hues at play. We've photographed her in all sorts of lighting so you can see her range of saturation, as well as with a macro camera to show her very up close and personal She's so beautiful!

As mentioned, there are tiny diamonds everywhere in the setting, 80 in total weighing approximately 0.30ct total. The diamonds are graded fine H-I color and VS2 to Si2 clarity with good cuts. There is a halo around the sapphire, and a lower gallery 'halo' below the sapphire, as well as the sides of the shank covered in sparklers. Underneath the gallery and sapphire is a charming daisy-like flower design and scrolls of platinum within the top and lower halos.
