Estate find! Heavy (19.9 grams) enameled medal from the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes - inscribed on reverse "Bro. Allan Bramley, Viscount Lascelles Lodge No. 5083, exalted 9.3.51" Fully hallmarked for sterling silver. A British fraternal order - This particular lodge is still in existence (Leeds, UK). Enamel work in good condition. Measures about 1.75 inches across. Wear as a pendant or on a watch chain. How it ended up in American is beyond me, however...here it is.
