Here is a wonderful early Victorian edition of The Book of Common Prayer AND The Polyglot Bible, all in one leather bound volume. Printed in London for Samuel Bagster and Sons. No copyright date, but is likely ca. 1850 and it includes daily prayers for both Queen Victoria, Prince Albert (died 1862) and Albert, Prince of Wales. Illustrated with tinted maps. Has a Prayer for Those at Sea glued onto the flyleaf. Brass clasp works fine. Measures 6.5 inches by 4 inches, 1.5 inches thick. Page edges are gilded. Minor age related wear - otherwise a handsome personal copy.
