With an early un-divided back this beautiful Antique Art Nouveau issue Lithographic postcard was published by Levelezo-Lap.
It features a cheeky Satyr watching a pretty young maiden with a coronet of hearts as she passes through a wood filled with beautiful Lilies.
The Satyr was a woodland God in both Ancient Roman and Greek Mythology. He was attendant on Bacchus and fond of Dionysian revelry.
Stamped in Argentina, franked and postally used to an address in Buenos-Ayres it dates to c1900.
Hand finished with small silver rivets it has a few marks where more rivets were once in place, and with age discoloration to the outer edges is in good Antique condition.
Although un-signed by an artist it is a really rare offering for the collector of unique Art Nouveau illustrations.
