From the French fashion magazine 'Le Follett de Courrier des Salon' comes this elegant early Victorian fashion engraving.
It features two pretty young ladies of fashion: one dressed in glorious pastel pink and the other in delicate white.
They are modeling gowns and hats, the description of which are listed below, along with the names and addresses of their purveyors.
Numbered 5521, the engraving is published by 'Lady's Magazine' Dobbs and Street, 15 Carey St, London.
Measuring 6" x 9 3/4" the engraving is typically un-signed.
Blank verso, with some age foxing and corner bends and some paper loss to one edge verso (where it has been 'tipped-into' an album, not visible at he front), it is in good Antique condition.
