Made between 1937 and 1943 prior to the eagle assay mark, this rare modernist pair of sterling silver, three-dimensional (domed) earrings are fully signed and hallmarked "TALLERES DE LOS BALLESTEROS" with "MM39" and a stylized conjoined logo and "HECHO EN MEXICO" and "925."
Each oval shaped earring measures an impressive 1" inch (27mm) tall X 7/8" of an inch (23mm) wide. Together, the pair weighs in at 17 grams. Excellent condition. Lightly polished with a Sunshine Cloth. Clips are in fine working order, too.
