This rare pair of signed Accessocraft of New York City runway Etruscan revival earrings are vintage 1970s and are a match for this designer's massive showstopper pendant necklace (one design has a choker collar; the other design has a long sautoir - featured in Elle Magazine) - See last three photos.
This fantastic Etruscan revival style also has attributes of Egyptian, Byzantine and North African jewelry design.
These dramatic, gold plated earrings measure an impressive 3 3/8" inches long (3/4" wide) and feature two large oval glass cabochons, one simulating red carnelian and the other black onyx stone. Each cab is bezel set within a twisted or braided rope gold plated frame. The glass stone sections are linked in-between by a diamond shaped piece with a four petal flower/floral design.
Screw heads of lever back screw adjustable clips are hallmarked "Accessocraft N.Y.C.". Pristine, excellent condition.
