Royal Albert England Bone China Teacup/Saucer ~ 1970's Reflection Series
Thomas C. Wild's Royal Albert Pottery at his St. Mary's Works in Longton, Staffordshire produced this lovely, collectible bone china teacup and saucer, vintage 1970s. This is from the Reflection Series, of which there were only six color palette patterns (green, yellow, turquoise, purple, blue and pink) and only a teacup (Chelsea shape) & saucer were made.
This is the turquoise blue color palette. White with aqua blue and gold gilding trim, wavy edges on saucer and cup. Fall flowers are dark blue, aqua blue and orange-yellow, as well as little white flowers with green and deep red leaves.
Saucer measures 5.5" inches across. Teacup measures 3" inches tall X 3.5" across open cup, 4.5" across with handle. Base of teacup measures 1.75" inches. Excellent condition. DRCC 65-2014
