Gorgeous ca. 1930 Leach & Miller sterling silver bracelet with multi-faceted purple glass stones. Similar to the scissors cut, these rectangular stones form a diamond shape on top. The many facets allow an eye catching sparkle in shades of light to dark purple as the light bounces off of them. The sterling silver links form a trough-like setting for each stone, securely set with prongs. A beautiful timeless piece to add to your attire.
Leach and Miller was located in Attleboro, Massachusetts and operated their company from 1900 to 1934.
Very good vintage condition. Due to its construction-the close connection of the links, the ends of the stones can rub together. There are some that upon close inspection have some small chips-still hard to notice, . For its age, I would still consider this normal wear and acceptable. measures 7" long, 1/4" wide. The clasp closes with a snap and also has a safety chain. Marked Sterling L&M in two crossed leaves.
A wonderful item for your early sterling collection.
