Victorian Navette Cocktail Ring Overview:
Offered for sale is a truly superb Victorian era Navette cocktail ring (circa 1880s-1900s), crafted beautifully in 14 karat yellow gold and 925 sterling silver (mount).
Old mine cut diamonds totaling an estimated .80 carat and one .17 carat estimated rich red ruby are embedded into an elegant silver mount.
A fine quality and finely made ring in very good original condition.
Weight: 4.7 grams
Stones: One 4 x 3mm ruby totaling .17 carat estimated and 29 old mine cut diamonds totaling .80 carat estimated (estimated H-I in color and VS2-SI2 in clarity).
Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 6 1/2 (sizable). The mount measures 1 inch in length, tapering down to 2mm (base of ring).
Metal & Hallmark: Solid 14 karat yellow gold and 925 sterling silver. The ring is not hallmarked though has been tested positive for 14 karat gold and 925 sterling silver.
