This one of a kind extremely rare Presidents Ribbon and Badge was worn by Paulina Wright Davis who was President of the 1850 & 1851 Women's Right Convention held in Worcester Massachusetts. The first national convention was held October 23 rd and 24th in 1850 and the second national convention on October 15th and 16th at Brinley Hall. The ribbon was made by the Fuller Regalia & Costume Co. in Worchester Mass. run by president Lucretia Coffin Mott at the time. As shown it is in very fragile condition and fraying on the bottom edges. It measures 3" x 4". I have been hesitating most my life whether to let go of this amazing piece of history. This one of a kind heirloom is most definitely a museum piece!
