If you are a copper jewelry collector this amazing and seldom seen copper cuff will become the creme de la' creme of your collection. The partner ship between Tiffany and Co. and Phepls Dodge goes back to the late 1890's when they became partners in a Turquoise and Copper mine in New Mexico.Once again during the 1950's Tiffany acquired part of the Phelps Dodge American Mining Company in Phoenix Arizona . At some point during this time ,Tiffany designed a few of these bracelets which were given as gifts to certain key employees. Two thick copper sheets from the mines have been smoothly welded together and accented with two brass bands.Signed as shown in photos,it measures 6 1/2" on the inside and 1/2" wide. the opening is 1 3/4" with some give. Both the condition and patina are perfect .Enjoy the glow!
