*Layaway Agreements are at the sole discretion of Seller and must be approved prior to the creation of any purchase order. Please do not create a purchase order until a layaway agreement has been approved.

**Layaway is available on any item over $500.00. Sale prices are non-negotiable on all layaway purchases. Initial payment made via electronic fund transfer (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer) must be received within 24 hours of initiation of layaway. Initial payments made via checks must be received within seven(7) days of the initiation of layaway.

***Layaways are not transferable from one item to another.

PLEASE NOTE* If buyer defaults on the Terms and Conditions of the Layaway Agreement, initial deposit is non-refundable. Any remaining funds will be offered as store credit.

Payments that are more than 30 days past due will be considered in default of Layaway Agreement. Seller has the discretion to cancel all or part of any layaway at any time with or without cause and cancel associate purchase order. All Layaway Terms and Conditions will survive the life of any Layaway Agreement.
