Harder to find Japanese All-Bisque Scootles Designed by Rose O'Neill, 4.5 inches
One-piece all-bisque head, torso and chubby legs, the head nestled into torso, blonde sculpted curly hair, painted facial features ,blue side-glancing eyes, closed mouth, dimpled cheeks, painted black shoes, star-fish shaped fingers, wearing original crocheted outfit and silk ribbons.
Condition: excellent, no chips or flakes.
Marks: Japan (torso) Scootles O'Neill (feet).
