Offered is this beautiful German ABG child with sculpted Long Ringlets and gorgeous threaded paperweight eyes. A much more difficult to find mold.
She has a bisque shoulder head that has a slight pink tint and exquisite coloring and is perfect without damage or restoration. Alone, it measures 5" tall and is incised: "974//8."
She is on an antique cloth body that is sawdust stuffed and has lower porcelain limbs without any damage. The bisque arms do not have a glazed finish but are the correct arms for an ABG child with cupped hands. The upper part of the arm has been recovered in stronger later fabric.
She wears a lovely two piece circa 1860's child's outfit made of antique civil war fabric of that period. It features antique hook and eye closures and buttons.
Hard to find model with harder to find glass eyes!
