Our sweet reproduction Bye-Lo Baby has delightfully finished facial details and a lovely “christening gown.” She will lie down, sit or stand erect with a standard doll stand. Marked with the impressed “© 1923 by Grace S. Putnam” on back of the neck (detail photo). Since she came to us “blind” through an estate purchase, we have no information on age or provenance. She is offered simply as a quality reproduction, hoping she’ll find a happy home with a caring collector or loving child. Quite suitable as an inexpensive fine gift.
Features: Length 13 inches overall; Bisque head and hands; Glass eyes (brown; fixed, not sleep); cotton gown, lace and eyelet; cloth body with fiber and inert materials filling; jointed legs and arms using button fasteners (detail photo).
Condition: We observe no damage or condition issues. As one would expect, the baby is in like new condition.
More photos gladly (please be specific with any request) and questions always welcome.
