Extremely fine, George Sharp Coin Silver Spoon / Serving Spoon with a tremendous Full Figure Flower on the end of the handle. Bowl is gilted on one side. The Spoon dates to circa: 1860 and made by George Sharp, Philadelphia. The Spoon measures 7 3/4" long and is in fine condition. Note the Botanical Leaf motif on the reverse side of the handle and near the Bowl. Beautiful piece. Tremendous workmanship. Hallmarks located on the back of the bowl. Shows well in the photos and of course, best in person! Bright and dark areas in the Bowl are reflections of the room while being photographed. Photos taken with and without a camera flash.
