OUR PLEDGE:
We pride ourselves in the quality of our items and customer satisfaction. Our items are well researched and described; though please be aware that it isn't possible to note every minute blemish, although we make every effort to do so!! However, if not pleased for any reason, you may return the item for refund (See Return Policy).

Please note it is reasonable to assume that all colored stones have been enhanced for color and clarity, unless it is sold accompanied with a certificate from a gemologist.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have and are usually answered within 48 hours.

PURCHASES:
We will respond to purchase orders within 3 business days, though usually before!

RETURNS:
Items may be returned for refund if not pleased! Returning items must be unaltered and in the same condition as when shipped. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or telephone within three days of receiving to begin the return process. Returning item(s) must then be packed securely and shipped fully insured for the purchase price with tracking (Buyer is to supply Seller with the tracking number after shipment). Once the item is received and inspected, we will promptly issue a Paypal refund, less shipping expenses (where applicable). Please note that some purchases may require a Certified Gemologist to inspect the returned item, which may delay your refund up to 7 business day. If you wish a more extended Layaway plan, kindly contact us in advance of your purchase to work out a mutually agreeable Layaway plan. Extended Layaway plans have the same return and cancellation terms as the two month Layaway plan, noted in the Terms of Sale Layaway Policy.
