Museum Quality ~ Pittsburgh "Ruffles and Roses" Gone with the Wind Oil Lamp ~ ~Fancy Font Ring~ 1900- 1915 ~ Magnificent Piece of Fine Art. This Antique Gone with the Wind Oil Lamp has a very rare font ring and a high grade font and burner assemble ( pg 178 - 19th Century Patterned Art Glass Chamber Lamps by Ron Gibson). These lamps are common in other colors – BUT THE GREEN SATAN IS VERY RARE! It is SO RARE the book noted above did not have an example for the book! This all original wonderful Victorian parlor lamp also has an ornate base in addition to the very rare ornate font ring.
These lamps are common in other colors – BUT THE GREEN SATAN IS VERY RARE! This lamp is all original and in wonderful working oil lamp condition. This lamp is so much prettier in person and is goes perfectly with all Victorian looks including Rococo and Renaissance Revival styles. The complete lamp is approximately 24" tall, with a 9 1/2" ball shade. ORIGINAL TOP AND BOTTOM GLOBES. We can electrify the top globe without damage to the lamp if you wish.
