Excellent Bohemian/Czech ball type lamp shade, ca. 1930s. Wilhelm Kralik or Ernst Steinwald, Czechoslovakia. Opal ground covered with small blue and larger amber yellow spots, outer coating of highly iridescent, almost mirror-finish amber glass with amber glass threads wound around. In excellent used condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. No areas of thread loss that I can see. Spectacular when lit!

Dimensions are about 15 cm (6 inches) in height, about 14.5 cm (5.75") in width. Fitter end width is 7.75 cm (3"). Weight is 1 lb, 1.6 oz.
