This vintage necklace is likely 1960's or earlier. It appears to be designer crafted, hand signed on one side of the pendent with the letters SBA. The necklace has a modernist design with intentional roughness all around. The pendent has a kite shape with several layers of triangular shaped pieces, the top of the pendent is adorned with a wire wrapped freshwater pearl. The pendent is attached to a uniquely designed chain necklace with bars that alternate in a stepped fashion. There are no additional hallmarks or other markings aside from the SBA marking. The piece appears to be low grade silver, likely 800 silver. It is in nice condition with minor wear. Pendent Dimensions: 2-1/4" square. Chain Length: 17-1/2". Weight: 28.4 grams.
