A stunning art deco design with small flower circles alternating with large heart & flower squares connected by small rings, this McClelland Barclay bracelet was produced by Rice Weiner between 1935-1942. Measuring 6 3/4" in length and 1" at its widest, , it is signed Sterling Silver Mcclelland Barclay on the back of the center panel. It is a seldom seen design! McClelland Barclay, was an American artist, designer, Naval officer and jewelry maker. Most of his Arts and Crafts sterling pieces were produced in the early 1940's until he became MIA in World War II. His sterling jewelry is extremely rare and actively sought by collectors.
