This is a classic and handsome example of an Art Deco sterling top and cut crystal perfume bottle from the early part of the twentieth. The silver mounted stopper is is tooled with striped pattern with a squared off section in the middle for a monogram if desired. The cut crystal has nine sections tapering from the bottom to the top. The stopper has its original dabber which is intact. The design is clean and the crystal is pristine. In excellent condition for its age. The top a tiny area in a corner where the silver has been ever so slightly dinged in. It does not detract from the piece. An impressive piece! Perfume bottle is not hallmarked but has been tested for sterling. Height: 5-1/8" (12.5 cm). Bottom is just shy of 4" (20 cm) wide. A great addition to a perfume bottle collection, a wedding present or special gift.
