Antique American carriage clock model "Queen Anne" ca 1892. It is exceptional high quality carriage clock made by Boston Clock Co. with a wonderful original front dial mask. The back of the dial mask marked "Copyright 1887 by Armington Art Metal Co." This company was making bronze & copper ornaments in East Providence, RI in 1890. Both movement plates have serial number 1822 mark on the right side. The front movement plate properly marked "Boston Clock Co. Boston PAT.D. Dec.1880". All three glass panels are perfect. The solid brass back door has a latch that closes the door properly. The clock case was gold plated originally, but now polished to the brass base and it still looks good. The clock overall is in excellent condition and keeps good time.
