Buyer pays for actual shipping handling and insurance.Actual shipping costs are deducted from all returned items.If shipping is included in the purchase price and the item is returned the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All items are expertly packed and insured. Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage.Should it occur in spite of my careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will ship via USPS daily (Monday - Friday) Paypal requires signature confirmation on all shipments. I will not ship to an unconfirmed paypal address.
