Older vintage hand carved footed box or bowl with brass handle. I am not sure what this wood might be. It has wonderful grain and coloring with cracking from age and drying. The little box measures 2.5'' across the inner opening and is app. 2'' tall with out the handle and feet.It will make a charming presentation on your dresser or counter top to hold small items.
