An antique glass whiskey taster or handled shot glass. The amber color is stunning and as you can see from our photos, the cup is paneled. The handle is a lovely sapphire blue and hand applied to the side of the cup. These were used to taste whiskey or other spirits.
We would date this to the late 1880s for a manufacturing date. We are unsure of the glass maker.
Measures just at 2 inches tall. We see some small flea bites at the rim which is not unusual for glass this age.
