An antique porcelain bowl featuring wild roses and orange poppies as decoration. The background is a dark cream with just hints of lavender in smaller areas. There is a thick line of gold at the pointed and scalloped rim. A soft matte glaze finishes the decoration.
This is an unmarked R.S. Prussia piece that is identified as Plate number 204 which you will find featured on page 74 of Mary Gaston's 4th series on R.S. Prussia.
Measures 10 3/4 inches in diameter and is 3 inches deep. We do not find any damage whatsoever. The gold is intact with just one area of the decoration that shows a bit of wear under the rim. All in all a gorgeous piece!
