An Edwardian portrait vase highly detailed with a gold encrusted body and raised turquoise enameling. We find a center portrait of a lovely long haired woman in a pink dress looking to the left. This is a high quality, super fine transfer.
The hallmark for this vase is the Victoria Austria mark which helps us date it to c. 1904. The Austria porcelain factories rivaled France and Germany for their fine products during this time period.
Measuring 9 inches tall we find some of the enameling has worn on the back of the vase. This is easily repainted by any professional restorer. There is absolutely no damage to porcelain nor to the portrait.
