An antique bowl that features a portrait of a young Victorian woman in the center. The lovely woman has brown hair and faces off to the horizon as if waiting for someone. Her dress reveals a shoulder and is a pale green. The mold itself has a heavily scalloped rim that is tinted in blue. One side has a curled area for a handle.
The mark tells us that this was manufactured by Victoria Austria and helps us date this to c. 1890s.
Measures 10 inches in diameter and 3 inches deep. We find this to have a spider crack in the blue edging. This basically goes unnoticed unless you are looking for it. We have priced accordingly.
