An antique porcelain bowl that features a delicate floral decoration with different colors for each flower. There is a hint of turquoise color on the rim with the raised areas highlighted in gold. There is one spot that has swirls and ruffles while the rest of the bowl features an almost sea shell pattern.
This item is unmarked but is featured as plate OM 49 in Leland & Carol Marple's R.S. Prussia Art Nouveau Years on page 10. It dates to the late Victorian ere of 1890s-1900.
We do find two areas with jiggers on the back of the bowl right at the rim. These were a bit hard to detect unless running your finger over the porcelain. Because of this, we have priced this item accordingly. Measures large at 10 inches diameter and is 3 inches deep.
