A vintage sterling silver serving fork featuring a minimalist design. We see a pierced area on the handle and on base of fork. The tines on the fork are flared at the outside for easy serving.
The owl and W mark tell us that this was manufactured by the Weidlich Sterling Spoon Co. of Bridgeport, CT. This particular mark was used between 1915-1952. Based on the design, we would narrow this down to the 1920s-1930s.
Measuring 5 1/2 inches long we find this in wonderful vintage condition without issues. Perfect for truffles or smaller buffet items such as stuffed mushrooms.
