An antique porcelain serving tray that features two sections and a ruffled rim. The applied center handle has a beautiful Victorian shape that circles around where it attaches to the bowl. The yellow flowers look like some type of daffodil or daisy and are artfully enhanced with white enameling and fern fronds. We also like the pretty raised base which would make this perfect for a centerpiece on your table.
This beautiful Victorian tray has three marks from the Carl Tielsch factory in Germany. This is an older mold shape placing this c. 1890's for a production time frame.
Measuring 10 1/2 inches at its longest. 4 1/2 inches at the widest point and 5 inches high to top of handle. We see a tiny flake off top rim which we have pictured. We didn't really notice this until we ran a finger along the rim edge plus a tiny bite off the table rim. Due to this slight damage we have priced this lovely piece accordingly.
