Antique hat pins featuring a green onion skin top with an iridescent finish. The other looks more for a mourning pin that is covered in black sequins. Both are exceptional and have extra long pins for large hats.
We did not find a mark on either of these to identify the manufacturer. We would place these right c. 1890s to 1900 for a time period.
The black pin measures just over 7 inches long with a few sequins missing or maybe just in disarray. The green measures 7 1/4 inches long with a bit of crackling which we believe is original to the piece.
