An antique cut glass pedestal champagne compote that features a daisy motif on the bottom of bowl. There is a hobstar pattern around the sawtooth rim. The stem has notched flutes and the base has an excellent deep cut 20 point star. This gleams in the light and rings nicely when tapped.

We were unable to determine the make of this fine piece but would place it no later than the first decade of the 20th Century for a time frame.

Measuring 7.5 inches tall and 6.5 inches across and the deep cut sides are approximately 1 inch high with the dish sloping gently to 1.75 inches in the center. We did not find a bit of damage to this.
