An antique glass jelly compote featuring a high standard pedestal. The bowl has a tear drop pattern on the bottom. The sides are acid etched with what looks like a fern pattern The base of the bowl has a beaded band. This pattern is repeated in the center of the pedestal.
The manufacturer is currently unknown for this gem. We do know that the small compotes were called jelly compotes.
Measures 5 1/2 inches tall and is 5 inches in diameter at the opening of the bowl. We found some light scratches on the glass but there is no damage.
