An antique glass vase featuring three playful cherubs on the front. This is lithograph portrait against opalescent blown glass. The coloring is a cream to pale tan with hand applied gold enameling around the portrait scene. We see a ground pontil area on the base.
Manufactured by Mt. Washington Glass, well known for their art glass pieces. We would place this in the last quarter of the 19th Century.
Measures just over 10 inches tall so it is quite stately. We see a tiny bit of wear to the decoration. There is no damage to glass. A very charming vase which would be enchanting for a gift.
