Vintage folk art milk pail Leyse hand painted Southwest sceneVintage folk art milk pail Leyse hand painted Southwest sceneVintage folk art milk pail Leyse hand painted Southwest sceneVintage folk art milk pail Leyse hand painted Southwest scene

A vintage cream pail featuring a hand painted Southwestern scene showing a waterfall. Both lid and body of the pail are painted using an oil paint. There is a black bail handle to use if you wish to hang it for decorative purposes. This has a two quart capacity.

We can see a faint hallmark on the bottom that says Product of Leyse Aluminum. We would date to c. 1940s for a time period.

This measures 12 inches to top of handle; 8 1/2 inches for just the cream pail. It is in fine condition without dents or damage. A great piece of vintage folk art!
