A pair of European cut glass crystal candle sticks featuring etched roses and bows. The shape flares at the top, indents just below the candle holder then flares again in the center. We see a notched pattern and thumbprints at the top. These would hold a 1" taper candle. The bases are wide to keep them steady.
We were unable to determine the maker as we do not see any markings on them. We believe these were made in Germany and would date them to the mid 1960s.
Measuring 7.5" high and 4" diameter at the base we did not find any damage to either one. There is a bit of scratching to the bases but no breaks nor chips that we could detect.
