An antique porcelain button featuring a hand painted floral design. We see tiny blue flowers to one side with a light tan background. There is gold trim on the outside rim. This would have been worn just under the throat at the top of a ladies blouse.
This is not marked for a manufacturer but we would guess that this is European. We would place this in the late 1890s for a time period.
Measuring 1" in diameter a cross the top and 1/4" deep. We find a bit of discoloration on the back but no damage to porcelain.
